Monmouth 10 acres of land being part of y waste called Pellenny in the parish of Goytrey adjoyning to the free lands of Hugh Harries & the free lands of And Wm Lewis on the one side and on all or most parts by the comon or wast – except all mines etc – to hold for the lives of John Harries, Wm Lewis of Goytrey and Jane his wife

George Lord Bergevenny demised to Jane Pritchard of Goytrey Spinster one Messuage or Cottage and Garden with 3 peices of land cont. 4 acres lately held bty Howell John Rosser joyning on the west to the leaselands of John Watkin & to the wast and Highway from Uske to Bergevenny in all part in Goytrey except all mines etc. A coven’t not to build more cotts ? to hod for the lives of the lessee Anne y wife of John Andrews of Ragland and Mary Edwards Daughter of Edward Harry of Goytrey.

George Lord Bergevenny demised to Thomas Jenkins of Goytrey Miller all those 7 acres of land whereof 2 acres already enclosed and in his possion adjoining to a brook called Enant boy on the west to a Leasehold of the sd Lords in the possion of Wm Griffith on the South to a ?bouion called Gwayn Ynnyg on the east & on all other parts and sides and situate in the parish of goytrey in Cond Monmouth except all mines etc And except ? of building any cottage on the premises nor assigns the same without wave of the Lord nor do any act or ? in prejudice of him or tenants to hold for the lives of the sd Thomas Jenkins and of David Jenkins and Jane Jenkins his son and daughter.
